yes a young tawny 4-6 weeks old looking at the picture they can live up to 15-19 years in the wild 25-28 in captivity

Nice find.
If you observe the tree's around it (discreetly) you might see the adults bringing in food.
The owlet looks to downy to be flying yet. |
