Please can someone id this bird? Warbler?

Sorry my bird knowledge is really poor and I don't currently have a decent book to check. Can someone possibly help me and my family with id of the attached?

Looks like a whitethroat to me.

Excellent, many thanks Dae funnily enough it came up as the featured species when I accessed this site! I was on the right track with thinking it was a warbler it seems, totally forgot about whitethroats.
Will have to invest in a decent guide, it didn't come up in my garden birds book. Another species with an inpressive migration route.

It's a Whitethroat

I can recognise Whitethroats by their call now, I've seen so many this summer Lovely little bird though Never get bored of them
