| | | Re: Confused Blue Tit Fledgling how very sweet : I have about 25 starlings come to feed on my front lawn each day and there is a ratio of between 4 adults and the rest fledglings so when i feed them 3 times a day it gets very noisy and there are birds everywhere and at the same time my 2 crows appear a pair of sparrows the odd jackdaw and 2 or 3 blackbirds ...and you've guessed correctly ....pidgeons well the young starlings seem mostly to be feeding themselves now (a blessing for the parents i am sure ) but i had to laugh yesterday when a young starling was demanding to be fed with no luck so he followed the poor female blackbird all around the lawn as if to say ''your the same sort of size and colour as my mum ..so please feed me''
