| | | Wrens I hope ive placed this in the right place, My question is i have got photos of most common birds, but i dont seem to be able to get a wren, i dont see many, is this par for the course or am i looking in the wrong places thank you...Ray

| | | Re: Wrens Wrens are almost every where, but dont worry as they are not an easy bird to photograph. In time one will give you a good opportunity, other than that find a nest and set a hide up near by.

| | | Re: Wrens I live in northumberland, and the wren is a bird we have always had an abundance of, I have located no less than tweleve nests this year alone, all of which are successful, feeding chicks in most of these as I write. They are however a difficult bird to shoot at times, they are always on the move, they are useally in not very well lit situations and you always seem to get a lot of blurr in a lot of shots. not a big bird, but a big achievenet for the wildlife photographer to get a decent shot, hope you get what you want in the near future.

| | | Re: Wrens beautiful pics, we had below -14 last year here in my part of lincs and I was worried the wrens that regularly nest in our garden would have suffered but we have two nests this year but we had pleanty of boxes, hay bales where they nested last year and other places where they could have sheltered
