small bird problem.

i was walking home and i found a blue tit (i think) on the road.
i couldnt see any a nest or any other blue tits around so i picked it up.
i noticed that its on of its legs is hurt(its just not using it at all)
its not fully grown but it has all its feathers and looks as thought it could almost fly.
i took it because it was on a road and the only place i could put it was next to the road which isnt a very nice place for an injured bird to be.
i have it in a box now. we have chicken chicks here as well so we may have some spare chick crumb around. but for now i have given it some pieces of brown bread that i broke up into little crumbs.


but now i dont know what to do. its sitting up as well as it can but its using it wings to stay upright(its wings look undamaged)

so what can i do ?

seems like your best option is to find a wildlife sanctuary in your area that can take it, also, i wouldnt feed it bread, but if thats all you have, then soak it in water first
