Song thrush or mistle?

Sorry, this is a really poor picture but this bird is so shy it flies off if I try and get any closer and my camera only has 12X optical zoom.
I'm thinking it's a song thrush but as they seem so uncommon these days it looks quite exotic now and I'm not used to seeing them...
Can anyone confirm?

Wow, I didn't think I'd ever seen a mistle thrush. Many thanks for confirming that from such a bad photo. I've seen it in green areas in my estate a few times recently, usually with a couple of blackbirds and it did seem to stand out somehow as being bigger than thrushes I used to see in my back garden growing up.

Yes, a mistle thrush. They are noticably bigger than a song thrush, and they are also generally paler/lighter underneath, and have the round spots.
