We saw this bird in the garden today.
I thought it was a discoloured blackbird, but really it doesn't behave like one. Indeed is a similar size to blackbird. Actually it seems the normal male blackbird is chasing it off so I guess it's just a discoloured one after all!

| | | Re: Bird ID please! :) A lot of birds around now with loss of pigment .Corvids are having the same with whit spots,backs and even more.Leucistic is the term give for the color of these markings...Black bird is yours.
