help with bird id please !

Hello,

Please could someone tell me what these birds might be? They were in the nature reserve down the road ( long grass, hedgerows, a pond nearby with reeds).

I was thinking that the first picture looked like mr and mrs (lesser?) whitethroat, but I wasnt sure as they look quite plump. But I didnt really have much idea about the other brown bird with the more yellowy beak ( on the second picture where there are 2 close together and the rather blurry photo of 3 birds together).

Also the one on its own - is that a mrs lesser whitethroat - I cant even work out if its the same as one of the ones in the group ! But the paler patches on its wing dont seem to fit with the whitethroats in my book.

I've looked through my birdbook but all the warbler type things look similar.







Thanks very much for any ideas. Sorry about the blurriness, first day trying out my new lens with no tripod, v overcast and ran out of batteries so couldnt get any more pics(excuses excuses!)

It's a family of Whitethroats - the "plump" ones are the just-fledged juveniles.
