| | | Small Magots Put a small pot of small magots out hoping it would help the Bluetits that are feeding young. But bluetits didnt show much interest in them didnt see them take any for their young.
hve seen young starting to pop their heads up near the entrance hole.
Anyone else tried small magots for bluetits.

| | | Re: Small Magots Were they from a fishing shop? I don't think this is a good idea as they frequently have dyed ones to make them more attractive to fish. Better off with mealworms. |

| | | Re: Small Magots Yes they are bought from a fishing shop but not the dyed ones.
But this morning ( 3 days after first putting them out) They are going at them like wildfire hope its helping the young to grow into strong loittle Bluetits.
