| | Blue Tit box with babies fallen off fence - Help Needed Help. The wind has blown my bird box with baby blue tits in off the fence, I've looked inside and I think they've died , I've hung it back on the fence because the adult was crying for them but I don't know if this is the best thing to do. Can anyone advise what I can do? |

| | | Re: Blue Tit box with babies fallen off fence - Help Needed Thanks Rossy, it was hopping around the box tweeting but flew away when I ran out to pick it up off the ground. The box now has three nails in it and has been tied to the fence. Will I have to take the babies out at some point? I feel awful putting it back up, I saw one dead baby through the hole and what looked like a second but I don't know if anything else is in there because the nest was all over the box from the fall. How long do you think I should leave it? |
