Blue tit or tit chick i think?

Hi my girl friend was sat on a bench in Cental London. It has been a real windy evening. I tiny little bird landed on her. We have looked everywhere for where it could have come from and couldn't find the nest. we thought it best to bring it home as it was being blown about the pavement. It sseems pretty fit and healthy just a little fluff left on it and feathers fairly well developed. It has been almost flying at home. Do you have any advice on what and how we could feed it. I have fed crows and pigeons chicks before, but this is a tint little thing and i really don't want to force its mouth. I was going to get some maggots from a bait shop. Do you have any suggestions for us.

If you posted up a picture on here 1st then we could identify it and advise on the correct food for hand-rearing/ weaning.
