| | | Ring ousels in Upper Derwent Valley? Hi,
I am going to visit friends in Derbyshire in the middle of June - they have expressed interest in seeing Ring Ousels. Is the Upper Derwent Valley a good spot? Any advice on where to try, or suggestions as to the best locations would be really appreciated.
Thanks

The area where we saw some was just passed a place called "slippery stones" , keep on going past the visitor centre till the road comes to an end ( think its where the bus turns round ) , follow the footpath through the woods. Eventually going over a bridge ( where there is some visitor leaflets ) , and follow the track ahead , stream on left.
