| | | Bird Help I've just seen 5 birds 4 adults and 1 fledgling being fed by its parent, they were in the tree that edge our garden to the fields and I thought it might be a redpoll but from looking at the colour and then at photo's of them it would appear that I'm wrong.
The birds were slightly bigger than a robin, pale brown, with short beak and a pale pink that started by the eyes and went to the middle of the chest, this was also present in the youngster but much much paler, they were feeding on the trees and bushes.
No photo sadly as they were too far away for my basic camera to get an image. |
