Found a nest on the floor

I have found a small nest on my driveway this morning and don't know if I should do anything with it. I have no idea how it got there but we are surrounded by trees and hedgerow- could it have been blown out by the wind?
I can't see any signs of eggs anywhere... I took a photo of it but can't see how to attach it- sorry I'm a bit slow finding my way around

If its empty I would just leave it ...... Might be the wind x

Could've been the wind, could've been knocked out by something, or it just fell out if it wasn't secure in the tree. If there's no eggs chances are it wasn't being used for nesting yet. Whatever was using it may start building another one soon.
