| | | Re: Bird call Unfortunately there are a lot of different species that commonly produce calls that could fit the given description, and which could all be found in the described area. These include all of the species previously mentioned as well as Grey Wagtail, Chaffinch, Great Tit, Blackcap, Dipper (if there is a river through the village), and others. The calls of all of these (and previously mentioned species) don't really last for as long as 2-3 seconds unless repeated, but they could seem like they do.
