| | | Youngest twitcher I took my grandaughter, aged 19months, to the local lake and was amazed that she could tell the difference between a goose and a duck Whenever I asked 'where is the goose?' she pointed to the greylags and if I asked ' where are the ducks?' she pointed to the mallards.
She already knows her ladybirds and butterflies so she is doing really well as a baby WABBER. |

| | Re: Youngest twitcher Great stuff. she might be a budding birder, but not a twitcher yet. She'll be that when she wants you to drive to Norfolk to see the smart Citrine Wagtail!
Let's hope she maintains an interest as she grows up. |

Mind you, that wont be difficult in my case!

| | | Re: Youngest twitcher Our two are a few months older, but not yet 2 years old. They can tell apart swans, geese, ducks and coots. Biggest problem they have is separating red kites from planes!
