| | | Bird call ID - bit of a challenging recording I'm afraid Apologies for all the talking on this clip, it didn't sound as loud at the time.
Occasionally you can hear a bird call that reminds me a little bit being in a pet shop. For example, there is a call just after the words 'look at that'. I couldn't see the bird. Does anyone know what it is?
Thanks in advance. YouTube - The 'caged bird tweets' between all the talking

| | | Re: Bird call ID - bit of a challenging recording I'm afraid LOL, yes a bit distracting I'm afraid. I didn't want to shout "SHARRRRAAAAP" as that wouldn't have been polite.
Thanks for the suggestion.

| | | Re: Bird call ID - bit of a challenging recording I'm afraid Thanks Elaine, but I think I need to edit this clip to make it clearer. It's the thrpp.....thrpp...thrpp noise.
Mental note to self, never try bird watching under such conditions ever again, LOL.

Two people for Chaffinch, so I will call this bird a possible Chaffinch. We have Chaffinch at home and I must admit, I didn't think so at first, but that last clip is a new one on me, so I will remain open-minded.
Thanks all very much.
