Bird (vocal) recording...
I put up a post not so long ago regarding some warblers i wasnt sure about...
What i did was to use my mobile phone to record the song/call on and i also took a picture..I then came home and scoured the xeno-canto website ( bird recordings) to succesfully ID them..Its worth ago , and the satisfaction i got from the correct id was brill...
just a little post to help those new to bird watching like myself , ID those unsure feathered friends.
I put my findings on the site to confirm the species ,but that was for peace of mind...

A good idea. Not that I have such a device, just a primitive thing that makes calls. But the camera does record, albeit with pictures, and I have this with me sometimes. I should use it more. Thanks Lee.
