| | | Goldcrest flaring its crest First time Id seen this behaviour. Seemingly when a rival enters its territory it momentarily flares it up. It was like a beacon when it did it and really caught my eye. Another day and another day I learnt something new |

I got this one last spring but I think its behaviour was triggered more by the photographer being in his territory rather than a rival
