Ring necked parrots
Last wednesday (13/4/11) I was supprised to see a flock of about 15 of these at Heston services on the west bound M4. This seems a bit north of the ususl sightings, are they moving up the country ?

Plenty of Ring-necked Parakeets in that area now, so not too surprising.

Up country and across country. They've been recorded in nearly every English county, bits of Wales and the Scottish border area.
