I am getting some really variable buzzards lately. This one has a white/cream chin and moustache where as the others usually have a brown head and chin but i guess its another common buzzard ?  |

Yes Common Buzzard, this looks like quite a young bird too probably one of last years. |

yse common buzzard The plumage can vary in Britain from almost pure white to black, but is usually shades of brown, with a pale 'necklace' of feathers.
