ID please
Can you please help me with the ID on this duck. I thought it was a mandarin duck, but when I looked at the pictures on here the colours are different.

Yep its a Wood Duck (Aix sponsa)

I think they're North American probably an escapee

Thanks for the ID. I have looked it up in my Collins guide and it is an American species so it would be an escapee.
