LSW's preferred nest sites

Does anyone know what tree types LSW's prefer to nest in?

I imagine it could be any tree, they usually make holes in dead trees or dead branches.

I think you should change your name to "LSW" on a serious note, a experienced birds once told me that most the LSW holes he'd seen were on the underneath of branches
