| | | Dorset Woodlarks Getting pictures of woodlarks was quite a challenge. I'd never observed them before, and despite my local RSPB wardens telling me where they hang out there were none in evidence on my first 3 attempts this month. On this occasion I got lucky and caught a pair of woodlarks on the heath. After a lengthy dust bath they slowly approached my position:

Has anyone else had any luck getting close to these birds? |
