It's a Philippine Duck.
Apparently less than 10,000 left in the world (wild), and has the status 'Vulnerable' according to IUCN.

Nige | Agreed, I believe it's a philippine duck, the head pattern is pretty distinctive. I've seen these at that WWT site before. Hope you enjoyed it, I'm headed out that way on Friday - weather permitting |
