Great Grey Shrike in Borders

I see on the Rare bird map there is a GG Shrike in the borders. This is a bird I desperately want to see and if possible photograph. How do i go about finding out exactly where this bird was last seen and is it likely to hang around the same area that it was seen this morning? Hope you can help, ty

It's in Northumberland, Wauchope Forest (NT635037). Male singing and actively hunting at clearfell forestry site.

Ah right just found on BirdGuides:

Great Grey Shrike (Lanius excubitor)

It was seen at Wauchope Forest this morning.

Shrikes round here have usually stayed around for a while, the Great Grey in Thursley, Surrey stayed for a long while last year, as did others dotted around Surrey area. If there's enough food, it'll stick around.

I think that may be the one though Fudgey - on Birdguides the area is classed as 'Borders'. Birdguides usually picks info up from RBA and vice versa.

One turned up at Worlds End in Wales this morning so, as I'm heading there on Saturday, I may see one too this week

A Dartford warbler was seen at World's End yesterday as well.

According to Birdguides the Borders report refers to yesterday (March 2nd), and the shrike was in a clear fell area c.NT635037

We have a small wintering population within the plantations on the North York moors. We get several birds every year (for the last 5 years at least). Always a good place to check although quite vast, a good bet.

One of the birds I've always wanted to see. There is one possibly two close to me here in West Stirlingshire at the moment but I haven't seen them yet.
