| | | Re: Bird of the day! My bird of the day is also the Red Kite. We walked the footpaths & byways around Russell's Water & Maidengrove and into Warburg NR this afternoon and there were so many. At one time we counted 12 flying in what seemed to be formation over towards Stonor. One also took off from a tree about 50ft from us - no photo, it took us by surprise
