Late this afternoon I spent another delightful hour or so watching/photographing the same bird - I never tire of seeing them.

I have not looked this year yet but there is/was one within a couple of miles of here, lovely to see, but I look for bats.
I like the montage, very much.

It's good to know there are so many still around here, especially after the winter we've had and with the BTO having had more than 100 dead birds reported during December alone!
