| |  White-tailed Eagle!
Finally got to see the White-tailed Eagle this afternoon! 
It's moved from Downton & taken up residence in Newnham, Old Basing, Hants.
Assumedly, it's heading north on migration.
1 Buzzard & 2 Crows were mobbing it. 1 of which were trying to pull the Eagle's wing feathers.
The Buzzard was about half the size of the Eagle.
It looked spectacular soaring in the sunshine, riding the thermals!
I got these pics as it was flying towards & over us.

Been big talk in the village I must say! Shame I never got to see it, but go down the fields where it was spotted most days so will have to keep my optimistic eyes open! |

Well spotted, lucky you, my brother and I are off to The Isle of Mull in June to see White-tailed Sea Eagle, plus all the other wildlife of the area.  CAN'T WAIT. | | |
