Could some body please confirm this is a young Black headed Gull.
due to the yellowish beak and legs i have my doubts

I'd go with 1st winter black-headed - the legs are this more yellowy colour before adult redness kicks in. Bill too, even more pronounced yellow when juvenile.

| | | Re: Gull id required Agree 1st-winter Black-headed Gull. It's typical for this age group to have much paler bare parts; also note brown on the wing + the black tail band can just be seen, though much more obvious in flight.
Should be moulting to get a darker hood soon. |
