How far away from the goldcrest were you? | Approximately 12ft when these were taken. In fact it came down to the ground at my feet at one point, and I mean at my feet! A real thrill for me, far too close for a shot. |

Ive only had 2 pose for me and once I didn't have my camera (awful light) the other was into the sun on the shady side of a hedge! Still the first instance I mentioned was my first sighting at work so not all bad! |

I have these lovely little birds in the garden, but I very rarely see them. I can't imagine trying to get a picture of one.
