Kingfisher excitement
Hey guys. I'm excited . I have just discovered at the end of my road that there is a footpath. I went down it and saw a brook runs alongside it. This brook is about 1 foot deep and has overhanging branches and fish. It also has sandy banks perfect habitat for KINGFISHERS!!. Now I musn't get to excited as I am not 100% certain they live there but it has all the perfect requirements for them and the brook itself connects to a river I know they are abundant on. I am goin to go down there as much as I can and will let you know if I see any.

I saw one the other day on the river Coln at Bibury in the Cotswolds. Beautiful Beautiful birds.
