Is this a baby bird?

Am I right in thinking this is a baby thrush?

Definate baby bird. Probably Thrush or Blackbird. When was the pic taken, because it CAN'T be recent?

It was taken on the 3rd of June last year. I was just going through my archives

I heard this almighty chirruping in the back garden one day, and saw this bird deep in the trees. It was very, very hard to get a clear shot.

If it was making a loud chirp noise then my money (all 50p) is on a young Blackbird.

Never understood why they make such a noise its such a give away to any passing cat

It was the chirp that brought it to my attention!

It was nestled away deep in the trees, it was very hard to get a clear shot.

I'm presuming it could fly then? Had it just flown the nest maybe?
