Looks like a Blackbird with pigment coloring missing.

It is a partially leucistic blackbird.

It lacks pigment, particularly melanin, in the feathers.

It is not uncommon in blackbirds and I have also seen it in crows.

It's a Blackbird with leucism (partial lack of pigmentation).

It happens in a lot of birds, moreso Blackbirds and corvids I find.
