| | | what bird did I hear? Hi everyone, was wondering if you could help me figure out a bird call mystery.. heard today on a patch of boggy scrub/heath with few trees..Northeast Surrey... It was calling from some scrub. It was in medium-low pitched raspy trills.. like trrr trrrrrrrrrrr trrr trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Not very harsh sounding, but not as soft as a grasshopper warbler's call either. Any ideas?
Thanks!

The original bird sound does seem likely to be a calling Wren to me. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
