Good evening, has anyone any idea what this birds are. I know they are not good pics but any help will be appriciated.

In the first picture the ducks are Shoveler and in the second image you have 2 redhead Goosander and a Gadwall

Cheers guys, could the second one be female red-breasted merganser. Goosander had a cure at the end of there bill dont they???

they do , but the white mark on its side is more noticable on the goosander and so is the whie chin.the red head /neck to the white is sharper on the goosander .

I often see Shoveler and Teal together. Don't know if that's a coincidence, or if they quite like being with one another.
