Hi, can anyone point me to a good location where I will be able to take photos of kingfishers in the bucks area. |

Welcome to WAB wayne, have you tried an internet search of bird clubs in Bucks, they could prehaps help you .Just an idea.

Tring reservoirs hold a few, maybe not that easy to photo though.

Like most water birds at College Lake, they're not easy to spot because the water's so far away from the banks and hides. To my mind this is a serious disadvantage of College Lake.
There are kingfishers at Stockers Lake - near the 'Kingfisher Hide'.

Yeah i find that ... with the water and all.. I dont mind the place cause its not far and a way to escape..
stockers is the next on my list, i hope to go there next week.

Remember that they are a Schedule 1 species when we start getting nearer the breeding season.
