| | | Mince for birds I was just reading the thread about giving soaked mealworms to birds and suddenly thought that minced beef would probably be more nutritious and probably cheeper too. Does anyone do this and, if not, is there a reason why this could be bad for birds? |

| | | Re: Mince for birds I cant see a reason why not as dog food is recommended for captive birds sick birds ect but one thing to think about it will attract rats if too much is put out..
Starlings,robins,blackbirds,thrush and carrion ect will take it but the seeds eaters will leave it alone..
