What types of bird will eat suet sprinkles?

I have a bag of suet sprinkles for use on the ground-as well as a bag of plain currants-and was wondering which particular garden birds will be attracted to them?

I used Suet Sprinkles for the first time yesterday and was surprised at the almost immediate take up. I think every bird in the neighbourhood turned up. I had Blackbirds, Starlings, Magpies, Jackdaws, Chaffinches, Redwings, Great Tits, Coal Tits and Sparrows. It was amazing to see them all competing with each other all at the same time. Also, about 20 Black Headed gulls came and actually landed in the garden and fed on them. First time I have seen them do that.

I think the conclusion is they all like the sprinkles.

Yep same experience here eveyone likes sprinkles, even those grey four legged birds with fluffy tails.

So far Blackbirds seem to be eating them in abundance- the only other birds i have observed eating them is Magpies! Haven't seen any Robins yet though.
