Yeah  - lovely birds. I watched one whilst stuck in horrendous traffic recently and it certainly helped the journey along.

i didnt see them til after xmas last year, but i wasn't really looking in the right places. i've seen only a few so far this winter, but i've heard loads overhead. Seen more fieldfares. After xmas there'll be loads about i think.

I don't think we've ever had Redwings here in Shropshire but we do get lots of fieldfare's. |
