Aha ! That's what my feeders looked like 2 weeks ago . There were a few days I couldn't put food out for the ground feeding birds as it snowed so much it would have been buried in minutes. I had queues of birds waiting for their breakfast every morning, waiting for me to clear the snow and refill the feeders . It hasn't snowed here again YET, but the temperature hasn't been above freezing for the last 7 days. |

i have a pice of plastic 4x4" greay in colour i use it to put on snow frost etc so birds can where food is

i needed a bird snow shovel ...
so they could clear it.. i couldnt get home last night but satyed at a mates house , when i got home tonight i cleared mine off ready for the morning..
