HERON at rest
He stayed there today for an hour or more, couldn't hang about any longer waiting for him to fly off so I could get an inflight shot

Great Pic. I sat watching a heron stood next to a Little Egret feeding yesterday at Frampton Marsh but didnt have my camera with me

briliant pic... i would say they must be , if not the most easiest bird to photograph they way they stand to still...lol
