| | | Another book puzzle My last book puzzle was solved very rapidly and I managed to get a copy from e-bay. This week's puzzle is much harder!
I am trying to find the name of a book that I bought in 1983. It was called something along the lines of 'Where to watch birds in Britain' and was NOT by John Gooders.
I think it was published by the Ordnance Survey and the cover was predominantly white with, I think, four pictures on it. I had an idea it was by James Ferguson Lees but can't find anything.
I had a copy until last year when I threw it out because I didn't need it! I remember it had a mistake in it in that Holme was in Suffolk or something like that.
Thanks

| Rob
I Googled 'where watch birds book' and got three possibilities, none were by John Gooders (though I did also find that one).

I have done some more digging and found it:
Birdwatcher's Britain: The Unique Pocket Guide to Birdwatching Walks (ISBN: 0330280287 by John Parslow
If anyone can find a picture of the cover I would be very grateful.
Regards

Thank you, my book is coming on nicely now with some good pictures thank to you lot.
Also I had never heard of that e-bid site, might be useful in the future.
