I was down in Eastbourne last week and saw some there for the first time, didn't look like there were as many as Brighton though.

No good with numbers, sorry. 
It looked like at the Palace Pier, there were atleast 3x as many as over the West Pier, if that helps.

They reckon there are around 250,000 Starlings at Gretna now. Im going back up again to view this incredible sight. |
