sorry for the poor picture quality
A friend asked me to see if i know what this bird is... it is a still from a short vid clip as it flew over him#
the double image was like that on the film.
i thought poss a hen /marsh harrier ?
any ideas will be greatful

from what i can see i'd say buzzard, the white underwings, and it doesn't appear to have any form of facial disc impression, it also appears to have a light breast patch which coincides with where a buzzard would have a light area
