regarding tawny owls

please could anybody give me any information on the keeping of tawny owls in captivity. in relation to whether i need to register or licence these birds while under my care. please note the birds are rescued birds which are no longer able to fly.

I think Natural England will issue licenses as long as criteria are met, The Hawk and Owl Trust will point you in the right direction

rescued from where ?
from the wild ? or a bad home ? why cant they fly ? you will need to register them with DEFRA if you intend to use them for public talks ,displays, or for commercial gain you will need a artical 10 here is all the information you need to call them hope this helps and welcome to WAB
