Thought i would post these pics snapped at Lechlade Glos, maybe not native, but a nice find i feel.

Great snaps They are magical birds without doubt,although nearly all sightings are of escapees there have been a very few genuine vagrants from america in western ireland and the like .

Along with the mandarin, 2 additions that appear to do no harm but brighten up our bird fauna

They are stunning birds but as far as I am aware there have never been any vagrants recorded here. All are classed as escapee's. They are certainly not on the British List.
