I am guessing Meadow, but would welcome confirmation or otherwise from the WAB experts! The water in the background is a few hundred yards upstream from an estuary in South Wales.

Like Dogghound says, it is a rock pipit. Note the lovely diffused greyish speckling on its breast. That usually gives it away for me.

yes indeed, and overall darker colouration, but especially dark legs are diagnostic for me.
Oh and rocks/seaside!
