Failing that try Bird News | Herts | goingbirding.co.uk which might have some links of use.

| | | Re: Hawfinch I've not seen any myself unfortunately, but I know people who have seen them over Black Park in Slough and have said they've been able to get good views just with bins.

| | | Re: Hawfinch Just a note, the Benington sightings were some years ago and they have not been seen since, Broxbourne woods are a more likely source but still not reliable. This is unfortunately a very scarce bird in Herts. |
