Small bird ID please..Warbler??

I keep seeing this lovely little bird lately..this is the best pic I could get of it..very 'lemon' on its underside.

I agree, also the very lemon yellow underside is likely due to it being one of this years birds.

On this bird the primary projection, cheek colour, eye ring, and to an extent body colour are reliable enough to tell the two apart. You could also go on the shape of the birds head and various other features too.

In recent years more and more seem to stay for the winter yes.
